Beloved friends,
We have enjoyed two very hot days here in Mystic Beach. Singing and dancing. Hearts melting away in the grace of Satsang. Truly a gift to live, share and witness this amazing thing called life!
On Saturday the children was invited. It is wonderful to see how natural, innocent and free a child can be.
For instance, just before Satsang one of the children was wondering, "If a mosquito bites me while I am meditating, what do I do?"
On Sunday Swaha talked about the mind. In the beginning most of us are totally identified with it - we are our thoughts.When we meet someone who is free from the mind, we see that something else is possible. The journey then is more and more to loose that identification. Simply to watch the thoughts without becoming involved.
This is the meaning of awareness.

Beloved friends,
Fragrance of love flowed from the flowering hearts, who attended this beautiful Satsang weekend, creating a soft yet strong presence of gratefulness.
As always, the joy was great for those who let their mind at rest and listen from their innocent heart.
A friend asked Swaha about what is trust and maturity. Swaha answered that "Trust happens when you surrender to life. When you realize that you cannot do anything, that you have to let go." To remember this is what is happening in Satsang.
On Sunday we exploded in the powerful meditation of dancing, as Krishna Das' song and music filled our ears and emptied our minds. A healing release of energy.

Satsang Weekend:
Beloved friends,
Swaha is back in Brazil and we just enjoyed a wonderful Satsang Weekend at Swadharma. Only one month ago we had Satsang in the cold Norwegian winter in Dharma Mountain.
The place has changed. The season has changed. The group of people has changed. The message is the same. Love... Awareness... Silence....
One friend shared about missing Swaha's physical presence. Swaha reminded everybody, that what we are truly missing, is in fact our own self. The master is just a reminder on the outside - one who is there to help us find the way back to that.
To help this process, he invited us to become more present in our lives. "Remember whenever you can. Just sit, relax, lay down. Just be. Listen to the birds. To the waves of the ocean. To the wind in the trees. Allow yourself more and more just to be silent, empty, relaxed. Om Shanti"
