Last weekend, our Beloved Master offered us the gift of his presence in an intimate meeting that happened at sunset, in the garden of Mevlana.
The colours of the sky, the wind singing in the trees and the peaceful journey of the birds going back home created a magical environment. Our Beloved was overflowing with love, showing us that it is possible to be in harmony with the Whole, to be one with Existence.
Through his silence, he reminded us that truth is beyond all words. And when he did use words, they flowed out gently, like the notes of a most beautiful song, straight from the silent Source.
On the last night, He left the garden under a starry sky, gracefully dancing to Sufi music, crossing the bridge, disappearing into the Universe.
In our hearts his fragrance... We were blissed out, drunk with happiness, filled with the nectar of his infinite love.
Below you can listen to the Satsang from last weekend.

The Mystic Rose blossomed in our hearts through the three weeks of retreat in Mevlana Garden. Now it must sink its roots in the soil of everyday life. We accept that soil as we find it, and feel our way to connect with its deeper nourishment.
We where served a Master dish, where every flavor were there as a remembrance of a forgotten state of being; no past, no future, simply here and now.
Our responsibility and homework, Swaha reminds us, is to take care of the blossom in our hearts. It still feels vulnerable and tender, and we need to make space for it, so it can grow.
Yet the thought of our Master, and the beautiful and playful space around him, is always there for us to connect with.
Even in the midst of our busy worlds, that exquisite fragrance enters. It brings us back to the joyful time when we blossomed together in the Master's garden.
Then his deep silence comes to us again, and out of it, an understanding of the celebration that is Life.

Mystic Rose:
The Mystic Rose has come to an end. For three weeks we have gathered like bees to sip its nectar. Now the challenge is to remember that taste as we face back into the world of habit, dream and desire.
The latter half of the retreat was spent in almost total silence. Now, slowly and with sensitivity, we begin to speak and share.
We are tired but happy after this deep, challenging and beautiful process. Yet much remains to be absorbed into our lives in the days and weeks ahead.
Our dear group leaders, who supported us so well, gave each of us a red rose as a gift when the final session ended. It reminds us of the rose within us, free to blossom in the Garden of our Beloved.
Thanks to everyone who has helped to make this such a beautiful happening.
May all of us remember and be happy!

Mystic Rose:
Each morning those of us doing the Mystic Rose gather for our Silent Sitting. Layer after layer of our unconsciousness is peeled away, as we go deeper towards the still center of our Being.
Swaha tells us, "When sitting, be totally relaxed and yet aware. Again and again come back to the moment, come back to your breath, be aware of your posture, of your energy." Wherever we are, he tells us, breathing is happening. Wherever we are, we can go deeper.
Silence gives way to joy and celebration when we join with our Master in Satsang. Yet even in the midst of this blissful sharing, we are soaked in meditative stillness.
We come out from Satsang to a night of stars, and among them, like a silent watcher, the crescent moon. Beyond words, we bathe in the brimming atmosphere of Love.

Mystic Rose:
We feel Swaha's presence in all we do.
A fresh breeze has been blowing, rustling the trees and rippling the waters of the Lagoon.
The week of Tears in the Mystic Rose process has just drawn to an end. In its last few days the sounds of weeping trailed off, as we entered a deeper, more inward experience.
Already through the tears we could feel a new quality of Silence, absorbing and embracing our sorrows. The calm presence of the Master allows us to experience the whole bitter-sweet range of our emotions.
We are making the gentlest of transitions into the last week of the Mystic Rose, the week of Silence. Those on the Alternative Program will also start tomorrow on seven days of Vipassana meditation.

Mystic Rose:
There is an immense beauty in witnessing the petals of the Mystic Rose unfolding within us.
As we sink into the ocean of true love around Swaha, we experience the depths of life through our tears.
Feeling securely guided at every step of the way, we are able to move into intimate spaces, and let the shy tears flow. With the beautiful presence of Swaha in our hearts, we welcome what is, and accept whatever comes up.
This process takes courage, trust and love. Entering the unknown, we look to our Guide, who has gone before us, and now shows us the way. The Master is there, available; the decision to follow is ours.
For those not able to follow the Mystic Rose process, the alternative program this week offers Rebirthing, a simple breathing technique which allows us to release and resolve buried emotions.

Mystic Rose:
What a blessed life!
We come more and more in touch with our pure being, as we go deeper into the retreat, into ourselves. We exist here now, with warm winds caressing our skin on a relieving beach here in southern Brazil. Beautiful friends cherish beautiful hearts. Every moment, every Now becomes more real, more total - as it is.
In Satsang, Swaha is amazing in his way of merging humor and essence of life. His loving clarity in his response to letters is striking - showing us that Truth is simple.
Each one of us have started our own individual process as we sink below the surface, into unknown depths of our selves. The trust to let it happen is provided in the loving wonder of Satsang and Swaha. Our processes are individual, but still part of something common as we all know we are on the same boat.
We will now have two days without Satsang. However, as the Satsang of Life goes on, this is a good opportunity to digest all that is transforming both inside and around us.
In Mystic Rose, laughter will soon come to an end. Tears are not far away. The line that ramifies laughter from crying is getting thinner and thinner, and sometimes vanishes, melting into one. The beauty of Love is breathtaking.
We use this time to let the miracle of Being sink in. Yes, what a blessed life...

Mystic Rose:
The retreat opened with a fabulous thunderstorm - A great celebration of our gathering with divine fireworks.
The 21 day Mystic Rose meditation has started. This meditation was created by Osho. Its so simple: the first week we laugh. The second week we cry. The third week we sit in silence. So simple, yet so powerful in the way it moves us towards the core of our own self, like the mystery of the unfolding rose.
There is also an alternative program available for those of us who are not able to follow the whole three-week process of Mystic Rose. Still, this program follows the same movement with laughter, crying and stillness - embracing the pure essence of life.
This first week, we laugh. We laugh and laugh, searching deeper layers of inner joy and playfulness.
It is beautiful to live the blossoming of our hearts, opening towards the Beloved. Like flowers, reaching for the sun, unveiled, in the Light of Love.

What a great gift to be here again, in the loving spirit of joy and laughter!
