We are happy to invite you again to this beautiful and playful 7-day process. Each day will be dedicated to one chakra, starting with the first chakra. Each chakra has specific qualities, which we will explore and get to know in ways that might be new to you. This journey is a very alive process and perfect for you who like to move your body and experiment with yourself!
