Entering the Silent Heart
July 10 - August 1
As we go deeper into ourselves we understand the value of being in silent surroundings over a longer period of time without disturbance from the outside, but instead with aspiritual and loving support to rest in our true beings. In this retreat we will have a silence period of three weeks. There will be Satsang almost every day, and a program which in gentle ways supports us to sink deeper into our silent hearts.
Each week of the retreat is dedicated to a certain theme.
Week 1: Silence, rebirthing, opening the breath.
Week 2: Silence, "Waves of love", a process that emphasizes listening, letting go and soft movements to music.

During these 21 days there will be an ongoing dynamic meditation process.

The arrival days after the retreat has started are for the second week on Thursday 16.06 after 15.00 and Friday 17.06., and for the third week on Thursday 23.07 after 15.00, and Friday 24.07.
