This meditation is simple, yet it can be very profound. The main technique is to keep the focus on your in- and out-breath while you sit still, relaxed and, at the same time, totally alert. Entering an awake state you reflect and watch. Being present in the now, you observe your mind's thoughts, patterns and programs without getting involved in its actions. You become the silent observer of your own being.
